Monthly Mind Matters- Building Resiliency Workshop

Take a pause with us each month to reset and reconnect through our Mind Matters workshop. Using a trauma-informed mindfulness curriculum, we explore simple, powerful practices to manage stress, build emotional resilience, and stay grounded in daily life. Each session includes guided exercises, meaningful discussion, and tools you can use right away to support your mental and emotional well-being. No experience needed—just come as you are.
