At Cherish Families, our Family Resource Facilitators are dedicated to providing vital support to families with children who have complex needs. These services are designed to help children remain in their own homes and communities, promoting stability and continuity in their lives. Utilizing a high-fidelity wraparound approach, we coordinate services that leverage the families' strengths to achieve their stated goals. This holistic method encompasses a wide range of supports, including financial assistance, educational support, childcare, healthcare access, truancy prevention, and more. Our goal is to empower families by addressing their unique challenges and building on their inherent strengths. Our Family Resource Facilitators are here to work with you to create a customized plan that ensures your family's needs are met and your children thrive within their home and community.
